FEATURES

• Table opening assist device is capable of holding the table in a semi-open position throughout its range of motion for safety and easy floor cleaning.

• Storage Footprint – Folded tables easily clear standard 7’ door frame. Three tables in the stored position, nested together, occupy an area 52-1/2” wide and 60-1/2” long. Each additional table adds 11” to the stacked length. Six tables require less than 5’ x 8’ footprint.

• Compression Spring Lift Assist System provides significant lift assistance when raising the unit up into folded storage position. It also controls down-placement, offering added important reassurance regarding operator safety.

• All tables feature EdgeGuard, a sprayed-on polyurea eased edge treatment that provides superior resistance to moisture, eliminates unsanitary food traps, and is extremely tamper resistant. Edges stay sealed, preventing peeling and chipping.

• Tabletop is constructed with 3/4” industrial grade particle board, .030” high pressure laminate on the top side and a .028” black backer on the bottom of the table core for stability and moisture resistance. Total top thickness is .82”.

• Stool seats are molded from high-impact polypropylene and are a 13” ergonomical quadrangular shape. Stools are mounted directly on a 6” square 11-gauge steel plate. Stool seats are field installed.

• Patented DoubleGuard® non-tip device allows table to be folded flat (parallel tops) for safety during transport and for minimum storage space requirement.  Device is permanent, fixed, non-adjustable and cannot be disabled. DoubleGuard® 3” casters do not contact the floor during normal operation but assist in rolling the table over doorway thresholds or other obstructions.

• For easy movement, each table has four 4” x 1¼” gray rubber, ball bearing swivel casters that are nonmarking, resistant to water, oil and most acids and chemicals. 3” x 1” casters are a part of the DoubleGuard® system
