The partnership between CPS and RBTV is a natural fit, as both organizations are committed to serving the needs of the community. CPS’s mission to support educational institutions aligns with RBTV’s goal of providing opportunities and resources to underserved youth, and the furnishings provided by CPS help create a welcoming and functional space for the students and staff at the facility.
ELIZABETH & PHILL GROSS STEM BUILDING
Partnering with Smith System, a leading provider of innovative classroom furniture solutions, and CPS, RBTV furnished the new STEM building with functional and ergonomic desks and seating. To create an ideal environment for students to learn and collaborate, the Interchange Diamond Desks were added, specifically designed for flexible classroom configuration. The desks can be easily moved and reconfigured to accommodate different learning activities and group sizes, allowing students to work collaboratively and individually as needed.
To complement the desks, Smith and CPS installed Flowform Stools, a Flowform Trapezoid Tableto, and 36” Round Tables to encourage versatile active learning, both in group work and individual study. The Cascade Teacher Desk provides teachers with a durable desk with a steel frame, adjustable height, and ample storage space to effectively manage the classroom. CPS’s long standing partners Ghent provided lab whiteboards and National Public Seating provided Duet Charging Carts
STEM BUILDING ENTRY FOYER
To create a more welcoming and usable collaboration space, CPS worked with Ki to install Pirouette Tables, Strive Café Stools, Sway Lounge Chair, Ricochet Stools, and MyPlace Ottoman in the STEM Building entry foyer. These pieces were carefully selected to create a modern and inviting space that would be both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
On one side of the entry area, CPS added durable Pirouette Tables and Strive Stools, café height, to create a flexible study and collaborative area. On the other side of the foyer, a comfortable lounge area was added using Sway Lounge Chairs for campers who want to relax and unwind. The furniture selected for the entry area was designed to be easily reconfigured or folded away for storage as needed, perfect for a busy entrance.
HALE FITNESS CENTER
CPS also provided these beautiful custom logo mats, with the help of Crown Matting, for various buildings on campus. Customized with the RBTV logo and mantra – Love, Peace, Patience, Humility – virtues the village hopes to instill and develop in each young camper, these mats are a perfect complement to the space.
